Idaho produce broker Dennis Scott accepted the 90 Day Challenge and actually shocked himself by losing 10 pounds his first week. His journey began just a few months ago, on October 1, when a buddy from high school, Royal Ambassador I Garth Romrell, phoned him. By the end of his first 90 Day Challenge, Dennis had lost 40 pounds and built a booming FreeLife® Business.
“It was great to talk with Garth,” Dennis recalls. “When he told me he had something for me to look at, I was excited as we had done some deals and ventures together through the years. Because of my profession, I am able to spend my winters in Arizona, which was convenient because Garth has been spending a lot of time down here recently. I met him at FreeLife Headquarters, and I’ve got to be honest, I was really shaking my head wondering what Garth had planned for me.
“During our discussion I learned about TAIslim and the 90 Day Challenge. I certainly wanted to lose some weight – I had been struggling for years. So, I told Garth I would test it out for 2 weeks and let him know. Well, 10 pounds off in the first week got my attention.
“I decided if a product was so powerful, I would be foolish not to consider the Business Opportunity as well. Since I have a lot of available time, I decided I would go full time with the Business on October 15. Garth and I played football together and even played the same position. He was ahead of me on the depth chart back then, but I told him this time around, ‘I am going to take your (FreeLife) spot.’ While joking, that really sets the bar high for me. He has really accomplished a lot and is a fantastic Leader to emulate. I particularly like his approach that ‘takes luck right out of it.’”
Dennis is already building a strong foundation for his Business and since he’s already lost 40 pounds, sees the opportunity to be his own walking, talking advertisement.
Amazingly, the Star Director III’s most memorable moment as a Marketing Executive had nothing to do with his own story. Dennis introduced a man to FreeLife and convinced him to accept the Challenge. After the man’s first month, his wife called Dennis. In a tone that revealed joyful tears, she said, “Thank you for giving me my husband back.”
