New Year’s Eve is typically the longest celebration of the year. Within those several hours of parties and get-togethers, the food and drink temptations can push even a strong-willed person over the edge. You’re working very hard toward your TAIslim Challenge goal and don’t want to sabotage the progress that you’ve made. Here are 8 tips to help you stay on track while you ring in 2012:

  1. Consume fiber-rich foods, such as drinking a TAIslim® SHAKE, before going to a party
  2. Upon arrival, select a sparkling water drink and socialize first
  3. Assess the healthy options on the table then decide
  4. Take larger portions of low-calorie foods
  5. Pick two of your favorite high-calorie foods and take small portion of each
  6. Have a TAIslim SKINNY in your pocket to satisfy your sweet tooth and not overindulge in desserts
  7. Don’t hover near the table as you chat − helps you avoid grazing and seconds
  8. Keep in mind that you’re there to socialize first and not to eat

Good luck and Happy New Year!
