If exercising was easy, it wouldn’t be called “working” out. The desire to emulate the seemingly perfect people featured in the media motivates some to exercise. But many of us need to dig deep within ourselves to find what will drive us to do the work and break a sweat. These 9 ways can motivate you to stay on track and achieve your TAIslim 90 Day Challenge goal. We know you can do it!

  1. Confidence
    Remember when you were able to climb stairs without huffing and puffing? Every little victory counts!
  2. Ease your week
    Wake up thinking it’s Friday to learn that only it’s Wednesday? Who hasn’t. When you have a goal to look forward to at week’s end, perhaps a fun activity like a bike ride or hike with friends, your week may not seem as long.
  3. Invest in yourself
    Every health article you read, every fitness class you take, and every ounce of sweat that beads from exercise is another investment in your health, well-being, and longevity. Get up and get active because you’re worth it!
  4. For your family and friends
    The people in your life want you to be around as long as possible. A healthier “you” makes that possible.
  5. Momentum maintains motivation
    Things in motion tend to stay in motion; this means you too. Once you get started, momentum takes hold and before you know it, you’re even closer to achieving your goals.
  6. Fit into those jeans
    Everyone can relate to wanting to get back into a comfy pair of jeans that used to fit. Keep up your activity level and you’ll be back in those jeans in no time.

    Increase your “wow” factor. Bask in the glow of success each time you run into people you know who comment on how great you look. That never gets old.

    Discover what exercise tactics work best for you. Everyday activities done more often or with higher intensity can produce the results you want while also providing variety and keeping your interest. Mixing it up and keeping it fresh is motivating.
