With your help, FreeLife® has built an outstanding worldwide reputation. A significant challenge to maintaining that reputation is ensuring that product and opportunity claims are compliant. This can be very tricky and most Marketing Executives don’t have the expertise or the time to properly present claims. The risk from unintended mistakes is increasing dramatically as people become more comfortable doing business on the Internet.

The best way to manage this risk is to control the use of the Internet, a widespread Direct Selling practice. Consequently, FreeLife has decided to change its Internet policy, effective August 22. You will now be allowed to use only the following 4 types of websites:

  1. Replicated website/myVitonomy.com – the websites provided to every Marketing Executive or Vitonomy Affiliate.
  2. My FreeLife System – the customized online tool available to Marketing Executives.
  3. Training website – Royal Ambassadors will be able to have a training website that is username and password protected.
  4. Generic websites – a website that can be used to promote the Business Opportunity or product categories in general terms, but it cannot use FreeLife’s name or any of FreeLife’s trademarks or copyrighted material.

This will allow the FreeLife and Vitonomy websites to remain world-class. Plus, we will be able to create a level playing field so that everyone has a chance to grow, prosper, and realize their financial dreams.

You have until September 30, 2011 to ensure that your websites are compliant. If you have any questions, contact Compliance@FreeLife.com.
