We are proud to introduce Dr. Judith S. Stern, the newest member of the FreeLife® Science Team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from Cornell University and her doctor of science degree in nutrition from the Harvard University School of Public Health in Boston. Not only an expert on diet and nutrition, Dr. Stern is also an accomplished author.
She has published over 275 research papers and more than 150 articles in mainstream publications including Vogue and Prevention. Among her many accomplishments, Dr. Stern co-founded the American Obesity Society, a lay advocacy organization dedicated to advancing the understanding of the disease of obesity. “We are very fortunate to have Dr. Stern as part of our exceptional Science Team,” says CEO & Co-Founder Ray Faltinsky. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and is dedicated to addressing the obesity epidemic, an issue we too are focusing on.” She currently serves as a Distinguished Professor in both the College of Agriculture & Environmental Sciences and the School of Medicine at the University of California at Davis (UCD).
