FreeLife’s $150* Star Director minimum guarantee has become an extremely important part of our Compensation Plan. Developing Star Directors is the foundation of the Compensation Plan and the pathway to higher and higher titles. The $150 minimum not only gives significant incentive to achieving at least Star Director, but also for maintaining it. We want to give MEs with an enrollment date prior to June 1, 2011 the opportunity to re-qualify for their $150 minimum guarantee in July if they are currently not earning it. Here’s how:

  1. “Re-qualify” as a new Star Director by Personally Enrolling three new AC100 MEs no later than July 31, 2011. Important: In order to count, these must be brand-new enrollments. Current Customers enrolled prior to July 1 and then upgraded to ME status will not count toward this requalification. Customers enrolled after July 1 and then upgraded to a ME count toward the requalification.
  2. The $150 is guaranteed each month you maintain your requalified status with those three new AC100 MEs or any new Personally Enrolled MEs with an enrollment date on or after July 1, 2011. If you drop below your requalified paid title of Star Director in any month, the $150 is no longer guaranteed moving forward.
