FreeLife’s $150 Star Director (SD) minimum guarantee has become an extremely important part of our program. Developing Star Directors is the foundation of the Compensation Plan and the pathway to higher and higher titles. The $150 minimum not only gives significant incentive to achieving at least Star Director, but also for maintaining it.
We want to give everyone the opportunity to re-qualify for their $150 minimum guarantee in March, 2011 if they are currently not earning it. To re-qualify, simply enroll 3 new AC100 Marketing Executives (MEs) between March 1-31, 2011 with at least 100 points and you will re-qualify for your $150 minimum as a Star Director (SD). Any Customer enrolled after March 1, 2011 and then upgraded to an ME will still count toward the requalification. After March 31, 2011, the $150 is guaranteed each month as long as you maintain at least your SD title with those three new AC MEs or any new Personally Enrolled MEs! So get the word out – enrolling just 3 new AC100 MEs with at least 100 points each month after March 31, 2011 could mean up to maybe an extra $1,800 over the next 12 months by re-qualifying.
