Adios Las Vegas, hello 2011! Everyone who attended our Success School 2011 saw the ushering in of a new wave of hope, prosperity, and commitment. I could see it in our Leaders’ eyes; I could hear it in their voices!
As Success School concluded, I felt this rush of excitement because we had just concluded an event where I felt more unity of purpose, more commitment, and more of a sense of certainty than any event I have been a part of in quite some time. It was because of our Leaders in attendance. You see, most people in life see mediocrity as enough or know it’s not enough but are unwilling to pay the price to break its chains. But mediocre people did not show up at Success School. I knew when I looked into the eyes everyone one who attended – including our Royal Council members, the Ambassadors in the Leadership Meeting, and the new Leaders in our Rising Stars event – what that determined look meant: “We have the power to change the world!”
As a result of consistently doing the right things, there is not a shadow of doubt in my mind that we will reach our five-year goal of becoming “The Worldwide Leader in Healthy Weight Loss.” How do I know this? It comes down to four factors everyone saw throughout Success School: Timing, Tools, Events, and Culture.
Timing. First, our vision to become “The World Wide Leader in Healthy Weight Loss” is perfectly positioned to help millions in their fight against the dangers of being overweight. We are committed to putting the necessary resources into the highest levels of science, research and development, technology, and products unlike other company in the weight loss market. You see, FreeLife will never take short cuts or cut corners in our mission. We accept that commitment as necessary to reaching our vision. Second, our products are helping people get “definable and measureable” results. We positively change the course of people’s health and physical well-being. People were overcome with emotion as they watched FreeLife Marketing Executives during the opening session walk across stage, victoriously proclaiming their weight loss. Third, our Compensation Plan is perfectly timed to help millions during these unprecedented economic times. I believe there’s nothing out there more rewarding and achievable for the average person than our Compensation Plan. People from all walks of life are experiencing financial triumph in their lives with FreeLife.
Tools. Leaders who tap their highest potential do so because they are modeling “consistent actions” that can be done by everyone. Tools are the driving force that will empower your Marketing Executives. Tools will give them the confidence to go out and talk to people; to risk the “no.” Tools create that consistent message that keeps everyone on the same page. And at Success School, we launched several new tools that can take your business-building efforts to new heights: FreeLife’s Compensation Plan DVD and My FreeLife System. These, coupled with all of the tools released at last year’s Convention, give everyone all they need to succeed. A person’s desire and persistence are now the only missing ingredients.
Events. Success School provided Leaders an environment that enhanced belief, increased knowledge, raised confidence, and stretched personal and professional growth. Over the next several months, we are continuing where Success School left off by bringing our Leaders several dozen events around the country. Leaders who participate in these events will undoubtedly see greater success in 2011. Even more important, Leaders who take advantage of these events by getting their Organizations to attend will see their belief and income explode. I’m confident in stating: “When people participate, we transform lives.”
Culture. It takes a team to make the dream and Success School showed that we have ushered in a new “unified” team of Leaders, all willing to take the lead in securing life on their terms. In a world of rapid change and inconsistency, a unified team of Leaders can accomplish extraordinary levels of success. I firmly believe people stay involved and active due to the culture created by Leaders. At Success School, I saw this culture − a group of Leaders intent on improving their businesses, their leadership, and their Teams.
Let us rejoice in what was seen at Success School. With all that we are and yearn to be as our five-year mission unfolds, I see the materialization of our success in the eyes of every Leader who attended Success School. We must keep on believing in each other while reaching for own greatness in order to accomplish our mission. For after all, that is what we all want to see!
